The breakfast was extensive with fresh products, and the outdoor bar was a plus. The venue's position was remote.

Everything was simply fantastic. This hotel was a holiday base for celebrating anniversary. Thoroughly enjoyed the twin room with harbour view, wouldn't mind staying there all day. The location close to an underground station was exceptionally nice and unbeatable. Stopped by Tsui Yuen Dessert to get some coffee and treats, it's close to the venue, recommend. The rooftop restaurant at the 23rd floor and the roof top bar.

I was there for 2 nights and ate at rooftop restaurant for both breakfast and dinner. Its location very close to North Point Ferry Pier was good. Further, it was not far from taxis and taxi drivers, MTR and ferry, and causeway bay or TST.

Property was extremely convenient, we truly enjoyed this place.

The service offered was FRIENDLY. The room we had included a refrigerator, tea/coffee making equipment, and a seating area. The staff was best and proactive, the breakfast offered was rich with plenty of food. Next to a ferry port, the location was perfect and incredible, near the mtr station.

The hotel's location was remote, near to MTR Station. The bed in my good-sized room was good. The service was friendly, I had 2 fabulous nights here.

The total stay was really enjoyable for business trip or night over in HK island. It was well laid out, functional and with a nice view.

It is a beautifuly designed and high quality property located in Hong Kong Island district short walk to Causeway Bay or Wan Chai and shops & markets & MTR. The staff are friendly efficient and provide a very good service. Have a drink at the roof top bar. Thank you for a really good stay.

We loved this place - extremely convenient and exceptional hotel.

The hotel was a super base for enjoying a very lively area, not far from a Tim Ho Wan restaurant, and plenty of restaurants in the area. The room was lovely- upgraded to Harbour view and available with a tub. It was in a particularly good location next to North Point Ferry Pier.

However, the staff at Hyatt Centric Victoria Harbour was helpful and offered us the option to change to a room with a double bed and a sofa bed. Although the sofa bed didn't come with bedclothing or pillows, the staff advised us to request these from housekeeping. The sea view from the room was also very nice.

The check-in process at Hyatt Centric Victoria Harbour was quite slow and could be improved. The staff could consider entering guest information prior to check-in to make the overall process faster.

I had great-sized room here with a beautiful view, 2 + 2 including Breakfast plus witty designed windows. The good location was very close to North Point Ferry Pier.

The bathroom was extremely small.

This hotel was located in a remote area just next door to transport, tram lines and a romantic getaway. It was next to Tak Hing Lung, where you can have dinner. We stayed in king room with a great harbour view.
